All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate refund and potential Account suspension.

supe88's total liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including but not limited to breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, and other torts.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless supe88, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw all remaining Funds. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Once closed, an Account cannot be reopened.
supe88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, extended periods of Account inactivity, or at our sole discretion without providing specific reasons. Upon termination, supe88 will return any legitimate Funds in your Account balance, minus any applicable fees, deductions, or amounts owed to supe88.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. supe88 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee to cover administrative costs associated with maintaining inactive Accounts. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log into your Account at least once every twelve months.
